Structural Literacy Before Anything Else
Each programme begins with the question of structure: what are these markets, how are they composed, and how have they behaved across different conditions? That foundation supports everything else — including the capacity to evaluate advice, read financial media, and ask better questions.
Written work is built into every programme. Completing exercises in your own words is how learning becomes durable, and the documents you produce are yours to keep and use.
Sessions run over a series of weeks, with material introduced incrementally and reviewed before each new module. The pace is calibrated for adults with existing commitments, not for intensive full-time study.

Asia-Pacific Markets Foundations
A four-week course introducing the major equity and fixed-income markets across the Asia-Pacific region: Japan, Australia, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, mainland China, and the ASEAN markets. Topics include the broad structure and size of each, the role of each within regional allocation, and the features — index composition, trading hours, common settlement conventions — that affect access for Hong Kong-based investors. The course avoids present-day market views.

Regional Allocation for Long-Term Portfolios
A six-week programme for investors who want to think carefully about the Asia-Pacific portion of their long-term portfolio. Modules cover the case for and against overweighting regional markets, the role of currency exposure across the region, the common pooled vehicles (ETFs, mutual funds) used by Hong Kong investors, and the historical behaviour of Asia-Pacific markets across different environments. Participants work through a written allocation exercise.

Regional Markets in Depth
A ten-week programme for learners who want a deeper grounding in each major Asia-Pacific market. Modules cover the structural features, sector composition, regulatory environment, and long-horizon performance patterns of each significant market. The programme emphasises pattern recognition — noticing, for example, the role a market plays within a broader portfolio — rather than stock or fund recommendations. Each participant completes a written market-by-market reference document.
